Mark has just retired as Clinic Director for the Student Chiropractic Clinic at London South Bank University. Prior to this, he was the education consult involved in designing the Integrated Masters in Chiropractic and then was the Course Director and Professional Lead for the chiropractic program at LSBU.
Before moving to LSBU, Mark was on the faculty at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic for 10 years. He is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Authority and is currently on the accreditation committee for the European Council for Chiropractic Education.
He is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and has 35 years of clinical experience in four countries in solo and group practices. Prior to moving into education full time, Mark was the Director of Medicine at Atlantic Haematology/Oncology Group in New Jersey, USA and was a member of the Bacharach Rehabilitation Hospital Chronic Pain Department.
He is a member of the Royal College of Chiropractors and has presented on headaches, acupuncture research, and tai chi for rehabilitation. As a member of the International Society for the Study of Traditional Asian Medicine he was the keynote speaker at the 2019 meeting in Puna, India.
Mark lives in London and is a 40 year practitioner of tai chi chuan.
