We recognise that for our clients a lot of research is cost prohibitive and logistically difficult, yet quantifiable ROI is becoming increasingly important in today's climate.

We are working with undergraduates of the London Metropolitan University's Applied Consumer Psychology degree course to conduct live store trials as part of their academic course work. These trials explore consumer behaviour as well as sales performance and offer our clients a cost effective research tool.

Example: Manor Bakeries Mr Kipling Jam Tarts / Tesco Study.

The introduction of a free standing display unit (FSDU) resulted in an amazing average sales uplift of 310% across 3 stores for the test period.

Other significant findings include the staggering fact that in our trial 85.7% of shoppers who touched the product then went on to make a purchase.
