 | Coutts Launches Kids Research Initiative | 21/2/2003 |
|
 | “We know that many of our clients are interested in what children are influenced by and what’s cool in the playground, so we have set up a twice yearly research programme called Class, “ explains Lucy Lynch, Group Marketing Director for Coutts Retail Communications. |
 | Coutts’ first questionnaire asked children from 5 – 11 to tell them what their favourites were in a number of categories from snacks to pop groups, how they spend their free time, how much pocket money they get and even what they want to be when they grow up. |
 | Here are some of the top line results, |
 | • Girls love Eastenders, boys like the Simpsons • S Club is still a big hit with the girls and Blue are popular with boys. • Girls want to be popstars and like Gareth Gates. • Boys want to live and breathe football and their hero is David Beckham. • Harry Potter is a universal favourite. |
